 JK9711 series electronic load is our company on the basis of extensive user feedback and collection of electronic load years of professional accumulation.The newly designed circuit uses fast AD and DA to ensure high-speed and high-precision measurement. The resolution of 0.1mV/0.1mA can more effectively monitor the detailed changes of voltage and current, so that it can be applied to a wider range of testing better results.Highlight VFD makes the display clear and intuitive, menu and display content continue the original electronic load series easy to understand and operate simple style, easy to use.Key band operation status indicator.The working state is clear at a glance.The complete test function is highly humanized and greatly improves production efficiency. The new CR-LED test mode can simulate the characteristics of the LED lamp. By adding the on-voltage setting of the diode, the working principle of the diode can be simulated completely. The test voltage and current can reach a normal stable value, which avoids the instability of voltage and current in the traditional constant resistance mode. It reflects the actual carrying condition of LED drive power supply.
The new generation of electronic load can meet the LED drive power supply, switching power supply, power transformer, charger, battery and other industries in the production line test, product development and other experimental research and development areas.

The main test functions of the load are:
 
Constant current mode:
In the constant current mode, the electronic load is simulated as a constant current load, and the current is within the range of the output capacity of the input power supply and does not change with the voltage.
In order to reduce the impulse effect at the instant of current starting, the rise time can be set and the current can be slowly raised by load control during this time.
In the process of constant current, it can be directly switched to the short-circuit working state. Load control works with maximum current to test the short-circuit output and protection capacity of power supply.
 
Constant voltage mode:
In the constant voltage mode, the electronic load is simulated as a constant voltage load, and the output voltage does not change with the load current within the output capacity of the power supply.
In the process of constant voltage, it can be directly switched to the short-circuit working state. Load control works at the minimum voltage to test the short-circuit output and protection capacity of the power supply.
Constant power mode:
In the constant power mode, the electronic load consumes a constant power in the range of the power output capacity. It is generally simulated in a constant current mode, and the load current is dynamically adjusted according to the input voltage. In constant power mode (CP), the load consumes a constant power. When the input voltage changes, the load will adjust the current to maintain the power consumed.
Constant resistance mode:
In constant resistance mode, the load works in constant current or voltage mode. According to the change of input power supply, the load current or voltage is dynamically adjusted to make the load equivalent to a constant resistance. In constant resistance mode (CR), the load is equivalent to a constant resistance, and the load consumes the current that changes with the input voltage.
Battery test mode:
Discharge test works in a constant current (CC) or constant resistance (CR) mode, and can be automatically tested in the same mode or different modes according to the set conversion time to better simulate the actual working state of the battery; during continuous discharge, the battery voltage drops continuously, when the load input voltage is lower than the set value, the discharge test. Test automatically stop, the instrument can display discharge time and battery capacity.
 
Dynamic measurement mode:
Dynamic testing allows the load to be repeatedly switched between two voltages or currents, which can be used to test the dynamic characteristics of the power supply. After the start of the dynamic test, the load will continuously switch between the A value and the B value, maintaining the width A and the width B respectively. Continuous measurement (CONT), pulse measurement (PULS) and trigger measurement (TRIG) can be set up.
 
List automatic test mode:
The list test function can be automatically converted at set time under different load modes. For power supply products and charger equipment, through multi-parameter hybrid testing, can be more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the product under test in various applications under the working characteristics.

 

Programming test:

Programming test can test some critical parameters of power supply products, such as current limiting protection current, turning point current, etc.By setting the scanning range and critical conditions, the electronic load can capture the voltage, current or power parameters of the power supply before the critical conditions occur, and can set the comparator to judge whether the power supply is qualified or not

 

Remote test function:

When the load consumes a large amount of current, the voltage drop will occur on the connecting line between the power source under test and the load, thus affecting the voltage measurement accuracy. In CV, CR, CP mode, voltage sampling accuracy will affect the working accuracy of the electronic load, the use of remote testing function can completely eliminate the impact of voltage drop on the test.

 

Standard RS232C interface:

The instrument has a standard RS232 interface. Users can communicate with the instrument by using the general PC software provided by the company or by their own programming.
