JK2518 series resistor/temperature scanner simulation test scanning unit adopts the design concept of synchronous plug-in card, which can support up to 6 plug-in board test units, and realize synchronous measurement between plug-in boards, greatly improving the scanning measurement speed. Each measuring board contains 16 test terminals. The combination of test terminals supports user's free programming. The maximum configurable resistance/temperature scanning measurement channel is up to 90 channels. Each channel measurement can be separately designed for sorting comparison boundary and output comparison and sorting signals. The sampling mode of temperature measurement can be configured as PT500 platinum resistance, PT100 platinum resistance and analog voltage input for different applications. 0.05% of the maximum resistance accuracy, in the range of 200 mΩ, the resistance resolution is up to the level of 10 u, and the test scanning range is from10uΩ to 200kΩ. The temperature compensation and temperature conversion functions of the instrument make the product test free from the influence of ambient temperature, and can output the comparison and sorting results of the whole machine level, board level and each channel, making your test, data analysis and processing, and product sorting easier. The standard RS232, USB HOST, USB Device and HANDLER interfaces not only facilitate the rapid storage of your measurement data, but also facilitate your remote control of the instrument. The 24-bit color LCD screen with touch function and resolution of 480 *272 bring different feeling to your measurement operation.
